After obtaining access to the course the trainees shall make themselves acquainted with the course instructions. They personally go through the training materials and complete the course activities. 

The electronic courses contain training materials, multimedia, interim tests. The interim tests are elements assisting the training and it is recommended to be completed by the trainees. 

There is a User’s manual, in the website that describes how to work with the platform, as well as with the courses and materials available.

There is an e-learning evaluation form that can be completed by the trainees by request. 

The course teachers, which are indicated in the course schedules and in a separate block in the training course, reply to trainees’ questions via phone or e-mail. 

The administrator is responsible for the platform operability and assists with the resolution of problems.
